We hired syntechlimited to be the general contractor for two commercial projects in Vancouver, WA. These projects involved the demo of the existing spaces, and the complete remodeling/reconstruction of the new spaces from the studs out. In both cases the projects were completed on time and on budget. Moved to Salmon Creek Washington from Gresham Oregon. I needed a contractor, and I needed one fast. Before we could make the move, we needed 2 large beams installed to support the storage above the garage. syntechlimited came out and looked at the situation, gave me a cost, and ordered the beams. In less then a week, we were moving in. All this was done the old fashion way. WITH A HANDSHAKE. The price was actually less then he quoted. Not many contractors will treat a new customer like that.
